FINISHED!!!!

Ok so, I've been working on this mural and it's just about finished
its about 20 x 30", (not exactly) and completely done in just colored pencil, pen,
and watercolor. I haven't really been working with serious materials since this has all been done out of complete boredom and my work desk. Below is like a timeline of the progress starting with the completed version. All the graphics are altered from my head or tattoo's that I found online. Most were taken from "El Dia de los Muerto's" photos from flickr or like corbis, I loved the theme. I think I decided that if I ever get a tattoo it'd be from something like this. I've been working on it since finals ended, so I guess you could say 2 weeks. It would've been much sooner had I of had some respectful work space or time. My job was also an issue, but hey whatever it turned out ok.

The hardest part was after some time, my contacts would move out of place and I'd lose vision..then all my lines and coloring would go out of place. Oh, by the way, I hate coloring and I suck at it.

The youth

I'm kinda sad. I've been playing around with photoshop all night, and I'm sad that these turned out so crappy. I guess I'll put them up for comparison, what I had in mind is not what I have posted. UGHHHH

What i do during math..

I'm not doing so great in math and I think I know why...I don't know where these
came from other than my head, all I did was help them get onto my notebook

The last two were done in photoshop, I got bored so thought I might try to attempt to color them in. I tried a few filters, the last one I believe is mostly poster edges and the above one is a style sketch I forget the actual name but everyone should kinda recognize it, nothing super fancy. I need to read up onto how to actually color these in, cus that'd be interesting, I wanna save up for a table cus' using the mouse pad is terrible

OK! so i got a new camera, the cannon power shot. I had a sony cybershot before, but this just pretty much crushes sony on every level, the amount of features this thing came with is MINDBLOWING. Above is an example of the macro, but my favorite is definatly this..

It had this point and shoot feature where you point at a color and accents its, (sorry if this pic is kinda blurry I can't figure out just yet how to get steady pics) but if you notice everything is kinda muted color wise other than the red onion thing, thats cus' i set it to do that (no photoshop) normally, this would be a very bright and colorful photo but it's not.

So I thought that was kinda neat, and again its a 7.1 megapixel cannon powershot. I didn't feel so bad about going down a notch on MP, maybe kinda even better cus it saves space on the compy, but honestly theres no difference between 8mp and 7mp unless your printing. Good to know.

more art soon!

I'm really proud of this one, did this in thailand over the summer with ink and gold pen

Another set of old stuff

This was done in silver point, I had to adjust it so you could
see it because it was so faint

This was a print

we did this in painting, they were like 5 minutes and with a brush from
a mirror

same deal as above

I think the last ones retarded. I don't even know why I put it up honestly

MONKEEEEEEEE

The unique thing about this one is, I came up with the entire thing. Like, no trace paper, no image, just my head. I used acrylic paint/pens and ink. I think its kinda off/sloppy, I can't really control my hand very well..Anyway, thats what photoshops' for, so I'ma be messing with it for the next few days.

Math Notebook

a

Junk skunk

Alright. I like the picture better online rather then in person, this was an assignment we had to do in class, a collage of some sort of goals? Just random magazine cut-outs, nothing special. If you look closely, you'll find the city, a guitar, the tree, a compass, a puzzle and some other junk, self explainatory.

Yeah.

Marshall Sings Creep

video

its a masterpiece! haha

100 percent pure muscle

I did this today, I was really frustrated because I ran out of illustration board..ugh I hate that. I'm too poor to go out and buy more too. So anyway, I just used ink on regular yellow construction paper (the thick good kind). It's from a picture of Greg

Sketch- Book 2

Haha, you can tell I put this through photoshop. Honestly if I didn't you couldn't see the hand at all. I used graphite on just regular sketchbook paper, it was way too glossy. I don't particularly like the concept either looks a bit to..dramatic and gloomy. I just remember being very bored while making it

Gurls

This one got some attention, its really hard to explain and I don't even know if I can say I'm finished yet either. Three of the faces up there belong to me, one of them was SUPPOSED to be a friend of mines and the other two I just made up. The big hand in the middle holes what looks like to be a melted face/candle thing. (click it for details). I don't know what else to add..any suggestions?

<3

Ohhh I love this....

OK! So I just scribbled something together, then put it in photoshop, and this is what I got..I think its neat

Before..

After!

ahhh I love it..I'm gonna keep playing around with it. I really need to save up
and get a tablet or something, but its mad expensive ugh

Sketch-Book

This ones cool, I wish I could think of more patterns to use, you could tell I re-used most of the ones I know. I like the MEAT, thats my favorite part, I gotta practice more..

Aww

Cutest. Doodle. Ever. I love it...

What...is this

Alright, I can't really provide an explanation for this because...I have no idea what it is or if it's any good. I was just messing around with random textures and this is what happened..I like the close up though

Intro to Fine Arts?

Stupid Art!!!

The picture above was something I had to do in class this semester, it was something
about negative space..we used a still life in the middle of the room and painted the space around it. Reminds me of stuff we did freshman year of high school, so I don't consider it very special

We had to go outside and sketch, but honestly I was so bored I just ended up zoneing out..this to me is terrible. I hate this post.
